Here you will see that we have a very large assortment of uniforms from just about every war ever fought by our armed forces.

The first image in the below is the dress uniform for Vermont's first four-star general, Gen. Wallace M. Green. Green is a native of Waterbury, Vermont, and was commandant of the Marine Corps from January 1964-December 1967. Greene was also a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President John F. Kennedy.

The slide show will take you through just a small portion of our uniforms from the Revolutionary War through Desert Storm and later. When you stop by the museum we can take you through our displays of the ever changing styles of uniforms and corresponding accessories worn proudly by both the men and women of our armed services.
