Adjutant General Change of Command and Retirement

CAMP JOHNSON, Vermont  –  

The Vermont National Guard Adjutant General Change of Command is scheduled to occur March 8 at 2 p.m. in the Green Mountain Armory, Camp Johnson, Colchester. U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Steven Cray will relinquish command to U.S. Army Col. Gregory Knight.

Knight was recently elected as the next Vermont National Guard Adjutant General. A Change of Command is a ceremony held to honor the outgoing commander and welcome the incoming commander to the role.

Cray is retiring from the Air Force after 35 years of military service.
