Vermont National Guard, Colchester, Vt. - Mr.Julio Desmont, a Hatian artist and immigrant, invited members and attendees at Vermont National Guard headquarters to participate in a group painting on Feb. 21, 2020 in Colchester, Vt. The purpose of Desmont's group painting was a creative and fun means to remove barriers during a Black History Month celebration.
