The Library

The Library of The Vermont National Guard Library and Museum contains a collection of about 4,000 books, periodicals, manuals, regulations, etc. of general military subjects and specifically the history of the Vermont National Guard and Vermont's military heritage.

Northbound on Interstate 89: Take exit 15 bear right to Essex Junction and St. Michaels College. Continue east on Rt. 15 past Medical Ctr. Hospital, Fanny Allen Complex, App. 2 miles. Immediately past the Hospital entrance on the right, bear right to Camp Johnson entrance. Watch for sign to Camp Johnson. At the stop light go straight to the Camp Johnson entrance. Museum on right. Stop at security gate before proceeding to the museum.

Southbound on Interstate 89: Take exit 16, turn right off ramp south on Rt. 7 to the center of Winooski. At The round about continue left around and turn right on Rt. 15 East. Continue on Rt. 15 past the Medical CTR Hospital. Immediately past the Hospital entrance on the right, bear right to Camp Johnson entrance. Watch for sign to Camp Johnson. At the stop light go straight to the Camp Johnson entrance. Museum on right. Stop at security gate before proceeding to the museum.
