Secretary of the Army hosts press conference at Army Mountain Warfare School

CAMP JOHNSON, Vermont  –  

The Secretary of the Army, Dr. Mark T. Esper, is hosting a press conference at the Army Mountain Warfare School, Camp Ethan Allen Training Site, Jericho.

As secretary, Dr. Esper, has statutory responsibility for all matters relating to the U.S. Army, to include the recruitment, organization, training, equipping, and care of 1.4 million active duty, National Guard, Reserve Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians and their Families. He is visiting the Vermont Army National Guard to tour the Army Mountain Warfare School, have a round table discussion with leaders of the Vermont Army National Guard, meet the new adjutant general, Col. Greg Knight, and interact with as many Soldiers as he can.
