Vermont Guard members obtain medical experience in Senegal

Ziguinchor, Senegal - U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Matthew T. LaVigne, biomedical equipment technician, Medical Group, 158th Fighter Wing, Vermont National Guard, uses a translation application on his phone to talk with Senegalese maintenance personnel at the Centre Medical Inter-Armeesl in Ziguinchor, Senegal, Feb. 10, 2018. Vermont Guard members worked alongside Senegalese medical personnel to obtain real-world experience while providing valuable medical services as part of a Medical Readiness Training Exercise.
