U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Andrew Campagne is the operations sergeant major G3 for V Corps at Camp Kosciuszko, Poland. Campagne volunteered for a deployment to Poland while he was deployed in Saudi Arabia with Task Force Avalanche 21 in Saudi Arabia. The conference included Balkan region military leaders, representatives, and their state partners. In addition, three observer nations and their state partners also attended. In all, nine countries and eight U.S. states were represented during the conference.
